What is true repentance?

True repentance is:

  • to feel or express sincere regret or remorse about wrong doings or any sins committed.

  • turning from selfishness and letting go of the desire to be in control.

  • a heart turned in a new direction toward God,

  • an eagerness to learn His will for your new life in Christ Jesus.

Acts 2:38

Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

What is Faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ?

  • the immersion of the entire body in water, the oxygen is cut off for a moment, the body is risen up out of the water or resurrected to begin a new life in Christ Jesus.

  • where the believer is transformed by the renewing of the mind; and receive equipment for the work of the ministry to edify (build up) the body of Christ.

  • where the believer learns to love as the Father loves; to serve as Jesus the Son of God served and help others as the Holy Spirit helps; growing together in Christ.
